There was a delay even I reminded you about my "Request" orally (When I saw you randomly at the International Building).
Note that SIS services are so important only in some events such as Registration, Repair (Hazf-o-Ezafe), and Election. It means that in the other days there are no urgent requests such as changing password.
According to the LOGs that you reported here, the request accomplished after about 31 hours (- 8 minutes) at the time that Election deadline was expired!
By the way, thank you for your responsibility to following the problem.

That was at the end of office time, as I had mentioned in my previous reply. I came back at 6 pm and new password was sent to you by 6:30 pm (That is 30 working minutes after you had requested me personally)
 
I hope that you are aware of the fact that SIS does not claim or provide 24x7 users support.
 
Your next email was replied within 20 minutes and not, I repeat NOT (The Day After Next Day). I hope you know the difference between the two.
 
I've noticed that you have not added my reply in your blog till now, even though I had requested for that. Conveying your one sided story without mentioning others' point of view is not the best way of blogging.
