S.A. (Same Day): Thank you, But Would you plz let me know why it has been done with the delay?

Mr. Nadeem (The Day After Next Day): First of all, students must come to SIS office if they want a new password. The option to request password through email is only to handle exceptional cases like when student is not present in Kish etc.

For the students' election purpose, the student affairs had requested that Mr. Nouparast of Smart Card Unit (whose office is in Education Building) should be allowed to handle password change requests and he was given this additional access to handle all such requests. There was no way for me to know if you had got your password changed by him or not, until I was informed today afternoon.
The password had been changed and sent on the first available opportunity.
Please note that if you need to get the password changed next time, you should come to SIS office for speedy action.
